Search for your dream property on SICPRIME/buy. Click on the various properties for more images, videos and maps for better visibility.
Visit Your Property
Schedule a virtual/physical visit at a date and time of your choice.
Book/Make an Offer
Book a unit where you are willing to pay under the pre-defined terms and conditions or make an offer where you wish to suggest different payment terms.
Conveyancing/Official Documentation
Once the seller approves of your offer, you are sent an offer letter followed by a sales agreement for your execution.
Support
You are assigned an agent who holds your hand through the transfer and registration processes, all this while giving you frequent progress updates.
List Your Property
Register and submit your property for listing here or through an agent.
